What are your minimum order quantities (MOQs)?
MOQs vary by product line to ensure cost-effectiveness. Standard mailer boxes start at 100 units, while folding cartons require 250 units. Promotional items like apparel have an MOQ of 50 units. We do not currently offer single-unit prototyping outside of active production runs.
What is your standard turnaround time?
Our standard production time is 10-14 business days after proof approval for most packaging items. Rush production (5-7 business days) is available for select products subject to capacity and rush fees.
Do you provide structural design services?
Yes. Our in-house packaging engineers can create custom dielines tailored exactly to your product's dimensions, ensuring a perfect fit and reducing shipping damages.
Can I get a physical sample before ordering in bulk?
Absolutely. We recommend unprinted structural prototypes (white dummies) to verify fit. Fully printed pre-production samples are also available for an additional fee, which is credited toward your full production run.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, ACH transfers, and wire transfers. Standard terms require a 50% deposit to begin production. Net-30 terms are available for approved enterprise accounts following a credit check.
